So we spend .. a lot .. of time .. doing asana and we access pranyama and mediation through our asana practice .. and we try to live good, ethical lives by practicing the yamas & niyamas. Today, let's focus on some of the other 8 limbs - sense with drawl, concentration, meditation & samadhi. Let's allow ourselves .. give ourselves the opportunity to experience the 'transcendental' bliss of being fully embodied.
