An empowering transformational journey into the art, science, and magic of yoga. This dedicated experience is designed to be digestible and satisfying, expanding your yoga practice and ultimately yourself. Studentship (Oct - Dec) and Spaceship (Jan - May) combine to give you a thorough education and Yoga Alliance Certification. For those desiring to share their practice through the art of teaching, clear, nourishing content empowers you to create classes of substance within the joyful, support and encouragement of community.

The program is:

  • completed over 7 months

  • a combination of self-directed study, weekly live calls, bi-monthly in-person clinics, asana, pranayama, and meditation practice, and daily engagement.

  • includes weekly live Calls

  • includes in-person Clinics are on Saturdays with the following structure:

    • (1st & 3rd) Discussion 8-10am | Practice 10:30am-12:30pm

    • (2nd & 4th) Community Class 9-10am | Office Hour 10-11am

    • optional sauna and whirlpool sessions and Y membership

    *Though live attendance is highly encouraged and optimal, all sessions are recorded. It is possible to participate without attending the live sessions on a case-by-case basis. Participants are responsible for making up missed sessions by watching the recording and sharing thoughts on the app after.

  • This program meets and exceed the standards set forth by Yoga Alliance and will result in Yoga Alliance Certification at the 200 hour level - graduates can become Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT)

  • alumni can earn Continuing Education credits

  • $108 application fee

  • $2000 for Y members

  • approximately 10+ hrs per week for 7 months

  • includes manual, workbooks, required texts

  • includes 1:1 sessions (one per month), unlimited email support, and access to the app for real time engagement

  • Fee is non-refundable and serves as a deposit. Balance is due two weeks before the first class.
