Kat designs classes to be simple, fluid and architecturally aligned yet inspiring, rich, and transformative.

 
 

Kat's process for designing classes is rooted in creativity. Each class is designed to address something specific. For example : releasing tension in the shoulders, relieving stress, bringing restoration to the nervous system, opening the heart. Each class is hand-drawn and a playlist is crafted to enhance the experience of flow and freedom. Quotes or written words are chosen to inspire you to experience your own unique beauty and importance. Healing and assistive touch is applied throughout class so that you can directly benefit from a live teacher. All of this is intentionally combined, so that you leave class with increased vibrancy and feelings of connection, wholeness, freedom and love as well as a strong body, clear mind, and full spirit.
