This is my first step in creating a super duper happy life: consistent daily actions, the structure. For me, it is important to remain observant of reactions to this structure. I tend toward rebellion and disregard in the one extreme and strict austerity in the other. My middle ground is consistent but flexible and forgiving. I have a few tricks for navigating the extremes which include the idea that I am creating magic with my actions and my attitude. Taking three deep breaths before any action always benefits. Though I have it neatly organized here, I’m in the habit of writing this down and crossing it off as it is not completely automated (as of Oct 10, 2018). This structure has been years in the making.

 

MORNING

  • Wake GRATEFUL + say a prayer, pee

  • scrape tongue, brush teeth, mouthwash/oil pull

  • morning skin care routine

  • Make bed

  • put kettle on (fall/winter/spring)

  • Drink 1st Litre of water + oiL

  • intuitively choose oils + start diffuser

  • BOYS AM: DRESS + BREAKFAST + BRUSH TEETH/hair + wash hands/face. oils + schooL run

 

MIDMORNING

  • 10 min clean + food prep

  • sit for meditation

  • Coffee w/butter/Ghee + mct oil + collagen + herbs (mix it up w/matcha, golden milk, shroom coffee, or cacao)

  • action on top 3 (one action is in service of current season goals)

  • smoothie: base of spinach/kale + nut milk + spirulina + plant protein + seeds + herbs. + SUPPLEMENTS (LLV + terrazyme)

  • yoga practice/movement

  • Lunch

  • drink 2nd litre of water

 

AFTERNOON

  • communication + social

  • PICK UP Boys from school

  • drink 3rd litre of water

  • BOYS AFTER SCHOOL: SNACK + QUIET TIME + SCREEN TIME + STUDY TIME

  • dinner

  • play + family time

  • 10 min whole household clean up

 

NIGHT

  • BOYS PM: JAMMIES + PICK OUT CLOTHES FOR TOMORROW + BRUSH/FLOSS TEETH + MOUTHWASH + BATH/WASH FACE + POTTY + CHOOSE OILS

  • B’S THERAPY SESSION (MASSAGE/SOc PROTOCOL/STRETCHING/NIGHT SPLINTS)

  • TURN DOWN + START DIFFUSER

  • READ ALOUD

  • OILS + CHECK IN + GOODNIGHT

  • Connect with Nate + SCREEN TIME + LAUNDRY/tidy + PREP MORNING

  • night time skin care/BATH + READ

  • eye mask on + sleep support - give thanks + FALl asleep fast
